What we collect
- Consultation forms: the forms on this website do not send your details to our servers. They open WhatsApp with your name, mobile number, topic and the page you were on written into a message, which reaches us only if you choose to send it
- Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email, and anything you choose to include in them
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the website secure and working
Please do not send detailed medical information through the website form. Your medical records are created and kept at the clinic, under medical confidentiality, not through this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have agreed.
Who we share it with
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We share your information only with service providers who help us run the website, under confidentiality, and with authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages only as long as needed to respond to you and for our records, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering for your visit that you have already seen a booking prompt. If we add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent you have given. To do so, or to raise a concern, write to us at ishwaivf@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.
